IPD is based on a collaborative alliance between a construction manager, trade contractors, design consultants, and owners. Working as a team from project conception, through the design phase, and ultimately construction, the IPD concept increases value to the owner, reduces waste, and maximizes efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication, and construction.

Safety is key! D.R. Steel Inc. provides a comprehensive safety program. Workers are certified in fall arrest, aerial work platform, rough terrain forklift, and first aid. Key leaders within the company have also received “Leadership for Safety Excellence” training. Field Level Hazard assessments are completed daily as well as inspections of all equipment and personal fall protection. Safe Work Plan, Fall Protection Plan and all other documentation is maintained on site and is readily available for site safety inspections.
